"I enjoyed my stay overall, but the loud music the entire day in common areas (pool, restaurant, and lobby) was irritating. Cassia's bright theme, "Be cool", is so annoying."

"Staff were super friendly, everytime you walk by reception they ll all shout out - morning or something friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Room was lovely, bed was huge and comfy. The swimming pool and the whole Laguna area makes you feel like top class tourists. So convenient with restaurants beside, can go to boat Avenue for .50 baht tuk tuk organised for you or can walk only 15 mins. Great massages places outside Laguna, beach right beside. I love it so much I m planning to buy a place in Laguna. "
