"I believe they still require additional services to be considered a 5 star resort. Providing transportation within the facility would be a plus being that most of the rooms are far from the main building or lobby where the restaurant are located. All in all it was a good place for vacationing. "

"Very good hotel for Egyptian standard. Food was good. Everyone in the family could always find something they liked to eat. Guests could spread out over several pools beach. That created more quite areas and it didn't feel crowded. Staff was always friendly, especially to kids. Rooms and other facilities were clean. I can recommend the hotel especially for family with kids (small and big kids)"

"Room was big honestly. But it was old with old furniture. No refrigerator. Cleanliness is normal. Bathrooms are old and not super wow. Overall it’s ok, but it’s not worth this amount per night."
