"Stayed at one of the villas. Glad we made this decision as the hotel was busy with guests with their families. Waterpark at the property. Didn't get an opportunity to use the onsen or the fitness center as it is overly crowded. Beautiful property. Enjoyed the ocean club and its restaurant staff. Excellent staff service and breakfast selections. Overall, not as relaxing as we hoped for unless we were in our villas as the hotel area is overly crowded."

"Stayed for 10 nights with the family of 4 - Excellent staff, our Aircon had an issue on the first night and housekeeping staff immediately fixed the issue - It was great 10-nights experience - Infinity Pool at level 22 is just a bonus and 2 waterparks including Onsen were a delight for the Kids - Absolutely recommend this hidden gem and total value for money considering its 5 star resort - Grab was easily available for us throughout our stay and its just 20 min from DA Nang Airport!!!
