"The property on itself was pretty good. Customer service with present and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was with the workout facilities. They were not very friendly on the fourth floor. They were not very helpful and seems like they were put out by people from the hotel using their facilities. This is also where the pool was, and the staff there were very unfriendly and very unhelpful"

"Stayed one night at the Diamond Bay Hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Great location right across from the sea and beach. Lots of shopping and restaurant options to choose from. Buffet breakfast was included in the price and it had a nice selection. "

This is the first red flag. They need to correct their information from their website. Secondly, there was no towel at the pool until 10-11am. The good thing was the room had an excellent view of the ocean and street. The staffs were great."
