Karim, your personal concierge, is exceptional. Jaesian and Fernanda at the pool are top notch in service. The pool is stunning with its 2 infinity edges and seating in the 3rd level. And a beautiful beach to enjoy. The Restauant on site, located with a spectacular view, fabulous dishes that are clearly created by magnificent chefs, is our go to spot even after trying other 5 star local restaurants in close 5 star resorts. We give the Esperanza a 10 out of 10! "
