"Hotel was nice. Had a beautiful balcony pearl view. Half board ala carte set menu everyday could add more variety. Food was nicely presented. Only 4 desserts to choose from. Could do with more variety. breakfast buffet,same food everyday. Ala carte breakfast was again very nice. They used to let us take food to our room. Kitchen staff were very good always greeting you with a smile. Overall all the staff were very courteous. "

"Room was not vacuumed once during my 5 night stay. Luggage didn’t make it to my room until I had to go down to reception to insist on having it. Upon checkout I had to personally take my four bags down the lift after waiting 30 min for the concierge to pick them up but to no avail. On the positive side the staff were pleasant and friendly."
