"Depending on what type of room you book, you might end up in a hotel not at the beach and without all the facilities and a breakfast which is not the same. Asked for a room change to the intended location and that was arranged, but without compensation since those rooms are cheaper. Our pavilion room was located next to the street and the room has no sound proofing at all. "
"Was just ok for me. Everything you/they need is there, but personal touches and friendliness didn’t seem to be. The balcony railing was scarily small, maybe 2 feet tall, and at 6-8, I was scared to enjoy it on the 16th floor. When requesting a taxi, hotel’s partner taxi service was blatantly overcharging us, so we arranged our own. "
