"In dining service very very poor. Manager apologetic. FD check in very very very poor. Knowledge of booking conditions very very poor. Empathy of the FD staff during check in with a baby was zero. Required us to highlight the basiics! Hotel is nice, remaining staff is friendly, acessibilities with a baby stroller not terrific. . Buffet restaurant staff was brilliant. Such a pitty with so much potential. Beautiful location and rooms. "
