"Not for solo travellers. Staff and service are focussed on couples sometimes appearing to show a disregard of solo travellers. Once you become accustomed to this the hotel is great. Rooms are very comfortable and the who public areas are spotless. "

"Everything was outstanding except the half board issue was really irritating I wish management reviewed this I don’t have to hassle for bottles of water or soft drink specially the hotel in middle of nowhere "

"We had a good stay, the place is well taken off and the pool is great. The only downside may be was the desserts and they didn't know whether we need to pay for a lunchbox or not. They offer a complementary romantic dinner by the pool on Sundays and Wednesdays which is lovely. The room was generally clean and seemed just renewed, the remote control batteries were dead and the housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom on one day. I highly recommend the aqua park close buy, there's free transportation and a nice discount if you ask at the reception. "

"Well maintained hotel. Pleasant staff in general though some of the waiters need more training. Breakfast was Ok but dinner was horrible in their different themes. The pastry definitely need huge improvement. Good quality for money."
