"Superb throughout, highly recommend the villas. Only slight recommendation would be to have some sort of basic entertainment in the lobby in the evenings. Staff are first class. Cleanliness outstanding. Buffet restaurant one of the best. I will book another Vinpearl resort in the future."

"Beautiful resort with amazing villas! This was definitely the highlight. The villas are amazing. Very modern, clean, well appointed and felt very private. Opportunities to improve customer service. The resort is huge and unfortunately there isn't much personalisation of service. Front desk always seemed to be angry or annoyed. This area definitely stood out to have the lowest level of customer service in the resort especially when compared to other resorts in Vietnam. Concierge and belldesk were ok and did their best to greet everyone. F&B staff were much better and the wait staff and supervisors in the breakfast buffet were really good. "
